Hong Kong Island is an island located south of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon Peninsula. The northern part of the island is the city center. The second tallest building, the 2 International Finance Centre, and the third tallest building, the Central Plaza, are located here. The area has a large number of office buildings, luxury hotels and consulates. Also, there are several renowned shopping centers, such Times Square, Pacific Place and IFC shopping mall.
