The shopping mall is conveniently situated in Kowloon Tong right above the Kowloon Tong MTR station, which is an interchange station of two railway lines, the MTR Kwun Tong Line (serves the urban areas) and the East Rail Line (serves the New Territories area with an entry point to mainland China). Therefore, Festival Walk is a very popular place for both residents and visitors.
It offers about one million square feets of retail space and comprises more than 200 shops selling everything from fashion clothing and health products to books and home accessories. There are seven levels: Level MTR, LG2, LG1, G, UG, L1 and L2. MTR Level is home to major stores, such as TaSTe, Watson's and Broadway. Other major stores H&M, Hong Kong Records, AMC, Marks & Spencer, Fortress, UNIQLO, Francfranc, LOG-ON, Page One and Glacier can be found from LG2 to L2 levels. Fashion items, such as casual wear, men's and women's fashion, jewelry and watches are presented by H&M, Marks & Spencer, MANGO, Bossini, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Vivienne Tam, Uniqlo, Columbia, Levi's, Montblanc, Vivienne Westwood, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren and others. There are several shops on L2, such as DKNY Kids, Toys"R"Us and Nicholas & Bears, selling chindren's wear and toys. If you are interested in personal care and beauty products, most shops are situated on G and UG levels.
Also, the mall is an excellent entertainment venue. With the AMC multi-screen cinema, food court and one of largest ice-skating rinks in Hong Kong, Festival Walk is a nice place to relax and have fun. There are a lot of dining options (approx. 30 restaurants) available for visitors located on each floor.
